Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can click or"Track Your Order"in the footer and fill in your tracking number or order number for inquiry.

After you place an order, the time allowed for changing the delivery address is very limited. If your order has not been shipped, please contact us promptly with your order number and the new address details. Another situation is that if your order has already been shipped, we are unable to change the delivery address. We are not responsible for any delivery failures caused by this reason. We appreciate your understanding.

Once your items are shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email that includes your order number, carrier details, order date, order time, current status, and the tracking number for your package. Step 6: Align the press-on nail with the base of natural nail, gently press it down to ensure it adheres tightly to the jelly tab.

The main material is high-quality nail gel. Our press-ons add an UV finish, providing a glossy, shiny, and seamless finish. Our UV top coat is cured with UV light during handmade process to maximize nail's durability.

Avoid household cleaners or harsh chemicals as much as possible! Nails are more permeable than skin. Prolonged contact with water can also dry out your nails and hands, so be sure to wear gloves when doing household chores. It is recommended to apply hand cream after washing your hands.

Please avoid contact with water, lotion and oil for 3 hours after application. We recommend regular care, including frequent use of hand cream. Our nail materials and jelly gel are carefully selected to ensure highest quality. With proper daily care, your nails can typically last 7-30 days.
